The brief was to conduct a web campaign, utilising client's custom creatives, to promote online ordering for a world-famous family restaurant chain due to the impact of the COVID pandemic.
This world-renowned family restaurant chain has been badly affected by the COVID pandemic. It has seen a massive decline in visitors. Accordingly, it urgently needed to ramp up its online meal delivery service.
The client produced a 30-second video to be utilised for both broadcast TV and for web/mobile campaigns. The video included all necessary information required for online ordering.
The Campaign Performance
The web campaign duration was nine days with a single publisher site. The video ad was delivered via a push-down header ad unit. The KPI was 230,000 impressions purely to communicate the online ordering message. This number was achieved well within the duration window.
The client saw a 300% increase in online orders which they directly relate to this web campaign. They plan to continue this campaign through the COVID-related period.
